Use of Predictions

Our platform provides football predictions based on comprehensive data analysis and advanced algorithms. These predictions are intended to serve as advice and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes.

Gorilla Sport shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on our predictions or any other content available on our platform.

Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged each billing period, including applicable taxes where required. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your subscription will not renew and premium access will end. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

To cancel, use our Stripe billing portal with the email address linked to your account, or contact us at [email protected].

Refunds

Payments for subscription periods that have already started are generally non-refundable, including if you cancel during an active billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, a technical fault that prevented access to premium features for a sustained period, or a duplicate charge). Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to digital content and distance contracts.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend premium access until payment is successfully processed.
